Start with the school and entry year
Grammar-school and independent-school assessments vary. Confirm subjects, stages, registration deadlines, test arrangements and access support with each school’s official admissions information. A commercial practice score cannot predict an offer.

Kent update checked 23 October 2026: the council has announced Quest Assessments as the provider from 2027. It says the format, timing and admissions arrangements remain the same; new familiarisation materials will follow. Use the council’s current guidance rather than assuming the old provider applies.
Build understanding before speed
Ask your child to explain a method. Use hints when helpful, revisit errors with new examples and balance practice with reading, rest and schoolwork. Use timed work only when it supports the relevant preparation.

How should we read the sample result?
The round separates independent first-attempt answers from eventual correct answers. Hints, retries, skipped questions and viewed explanations all matter. Five sample questions are not a diagnostic, a standardised score or an exam-readiness judgement.
Are these official papers or tutor-approved?
No. Our practice is independent of schools and exam providers. The wider question bank remains under content review. The starter resources are original introductory activities and do not carry an official or tutor-approval claim.
Where is progress saved?
The demonstration stores progress in this browser when local storage is available. It does not sync between devices or connect to a learner account. Use “Clear this round” on a shared device.
Can I upgrade?
The planned offer is £7 for the first month, then £17 per month, renewing automatically. Payment and learner-access controls are not active yet. No purchase is available today.

Does practice guarantee a pass?
No. Preparation can support skills and familiarity, but admissions decisions depend on the school’s process. Any conditional refund proposal remains inactive until full qualifying terms are established.
