Terms of using Eleven Plus Path

ELEVEN PLUS PATH

Draft terms — service not open for paid enrolment
These draft terms describe the planned service. The final contracting business, support details, price and subscription rules must be confirmed before enrolment opens.

Learning materials
Eleven Plus Path provides independent practice materials for entrance-exam preparation. The current pilot is original practice and is not endorsed by an examination provider or school. Materials require tutor review.

Practice and results
Practice questions and scores support learning. They do not establish complete exam coverage, predict an official result or guarantee admission. Parents should check their target school’s current admissions requirements.

Parents and learners
A parent or guardian should manage enquiries, subscriptions and purchase decisions. Final account rules will explain learner access, permitted use and how records are kept.

Free practice
The website sample is a fixed set with explanations. It is not an enforced daily allowance. The planned five-new-question daily allowance is not active.

Proposed paid membershipThe planned price is £7 for the first month, then £17 per month from month two, renewing automatically. No paid checkout is active on this draft site. Final renewal, cancellation, access expiry and refund terms will be provided before payment is accepted. Unlimited attempts, if offered, refer to repeat access to the available finite library.

Proposed refund promise
Our proposed policy refunds all payments if a child does not pass a qualifying examination after more than one year of use, provided at least 80% of the required question bank and the prescribed work each month have been completed. This is not yet an active offer. The qualifying exam, bank version, monthly requirements, evidence, claim deadline and assessment process must be defined in the final terms.

Content use
Materials are intended for personal learning within the access provided. Any permission to reproduce or distribute materials must be agreed with the operator.

Support and changes
Use the Contact page for enquiries. Final service availability, support procedures and the process for changes will be set out before launch.

These terms require review against the final service and confirmed business details before publication.
